Applications, communications and writings addressed to any Public Administration, can be submitted 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, in the following points:
- General Electronic Registration.
- Electronic Office of the Ministry of the Interior, for procedures that are within its competence.
If you do not find any specific procedure for the procedure you want to perform, you can use the "General Purpose Form".
- Electronic offices of other Ministries or Public Administrations.
You must have an electronic identification system: DNI-e,, electronic certificate or Cl@ve credentials. In addition, as the presentation of your writing must be signed, it is important that you verify that you have downloaded the AutoFirma program.
Due to the health situation caused by COVID-19, the Office of Assistance in Matters of Records of the Ministry of the Interior will only attend in person by appointment, following the instructions indicated in this section.
The subjects obliged to interact electronically with the Public Administrations must use exclusively one of the channels indicated above. Check if that is your case in the section "Obligation of electronic processing ".
